Pay by bank transfer

Order without a credit card: bank transfer or SEPA direct debit

What is this process for?

An association, a public body or a company does not always pay by card. On the "Subscription" page, the "Payment method" menu for each plan offers "Bank transfer": the button becomes "Pay by bank transfer", the order is recorded and you are taken to the "Payment pending" page, which contains everything you need to complete the payment.

The same principle applies to Jingle Radio orders (the "Bank transfer (RIB sent by email)" option at the "Payment" step).

Good to know: unlike a card payment, nothing is activated immediately. As the page states: "Your subscription will be activated manually by our team within 24 working hours of receipt."

Where to find it?

The "Payment pending" page opens automatically after clicking "Pay by bank transfer". You can return to it at any time via /dashboard/payment-pending; if you have several pending orders, a banner at the top of the page lists them with their amounts and lets you switch between them.

Standard bank transfer

The "Standard bank transfer" mode ("You make the transfer from your bank") is selected by default. The page displays:

  • the "Plan" ordered, the billing cycle (monthly or annual) and any options;
  • the "Amount to transfer";
  • the "Bank details": "Beneficiary", "Bank", "IBAN", "BIC";
  • the "Reference (mandatory)", in the format VR-AAAAMMJJ-XXXX.

The "Next steps" are listed on the page: make the transfer including the reference in the payment description; the team validates the payment upon receipt (generally within 24 working hours); you receive a confirmation email and the subscription is activated; you can then configure your radio station from the dashboard.

Example

An association orders an annual plan on a Friday evening.

"Pay by bank transfer"→ Transfer made with the reference in the description→ Received on Monday, validated within 24 working hours→ "Payment validated" then "Configure my radio station"

Why: the reference is the only link between your transfer and your order. Without it in the payment description, the team must match the amount manually and going live takes longer. If you are in a hurry, a card payment activates the subscription within minutes.

Direct debit (SEPA mandate)

The second mode, "Direct debit" ("SEPA mandate — we collect each instalment"), avoids having to make a new transfer at each renewal. The "Setting up direct debit" section requires three documents:

  1. the direct debit authorisation, which you can download using "Download my direct debit authorisation" — it is pre-filled with your details; you only need to add the IBAN, BIC and signature;
  2. a bank account details document (RIB);
  3. a valid proof of identity.

Send the complete set to the support address shown on the page, including the reference in your email. "Upon receipt of the complete file, our team will set up the mandate and activate your subscription (within 24 working hours)."

Tracking the status

The bottom of the page shows "Status:" followed by the order state:

  • pending — payment has not yet been received;
  • "Payment validated" — "Your subscription is now active. You can configure your radio station.", with the "Configure my radio station" button;
  • "Payment not validated" — the reason is displayed and the "Contact support" button puts you in touch with the team.

Once the subscription is active, the "Subscription" page displays your radio station with its renewal date. Since there is no automatic card debit, a "Pay my subscription — plan & options" button is available there to settle online at renewal if you wish; and for any invoice issued by the team, the "Pay" button in the "My invoices" table opens a card payment.

Tip: the "Cancel this radio station" button only exists for subscriptions billed online. For a subscription paid by bank transfer or SEPA mandate, cancellation must be requested through support.
