Diagnostic

Request a full analysis of your radio station

What is "Diagnostic" for?

The "My Radio Diagnostic" page allows you to request a full analysis of your station when something is not working properly. Its subtitle sums up the principle: "Having an issue with your station? Request a diagnostic: our team validates it and runs a full analysis of your radio."

The diagnostic is not launched automatically: your request is placed in a queue, the team validates it, the analysis runs, and you can then view the report directly on the page.

Good to know: a radio station must be installed. Without an active radio, the page displays "No active radio" and invites you to configure one.

Where to find it?

The page has no entry in the side menu: open it via its direct address, /dashboard/diagnostic (bookmark it for easy access), or through the link provided by support.

Requesting a diagnostic

The "Request a diagnostic" block shows the "Radio concerned", then asks "What is happening?". Check everything that applies — the page notes that "this helps target the analysis":

  • "No sound at all / stream cut off";
  • "The AI host is no longer speaking";
  • "Always the same tracks / repetitions";
  • "Gaps / silences on air";
  • "The schedule appears empty";
  • "A jingle or an ad is not playing".

The "Details (optional)" field is available for additional information: "since when, on which time slot, etc." At least one box must be checked or some detail entered; otherwise the message "Please indicate why you are requesting a diagnostic." is displayed. Confirm by clicking "Send request".

Good to know: only one request at a time per radio station. As long as the previous one has not been processed, the page responds: "A diagnostic request is already being processed for this radio."

Tracking your request and reading the report

The "My requests" table lists the "Date", the "Reason" and the "Status":

  • "Awaiting validation" — the request has been received;
  • "Validated — launching shortly" then "Diagnostic in progress" — the analysis is running;
  • "Completed" — the report is available from the row;
  • "Rejected" — the team has declined the request (the reason is indicated).

The report covers six points: "1. Radio configuration", "2. Schedule", "3. Playlist lines (empty pools / incomplete tags)", "4. Files present on the server", "5. Stream / broadcast" and "6. AI host & credits". Each check is marked as OK, to monitor, or in error, and the overall verdict is summarised in one line: "Radio in good health", "Radio broadcastable — points to monitor" or "Blocking issue detected".

Tip: the diagnostic uses no credits. For a clear outage (silent station), contact support first via chat or WhatsApp, then run the diagnostic: the report will give the team the technical details of your radio station.
