The "Library" page brings together all your AI productions — spots, jingles, voice tracks and features — in one place, so you can find them, listen back to them and re-download them with ease.
The page no longer has an entry in the side menu: it remains accessible via its direct address, /dashboard/library, which you can bookmark.
For day-to-day use, navigate instead through the "Production" section of the menu: each page (Spots, Jingles, Voice Tracks, Features, Podcasts) lists its productions with the same actions — listen, download, edit, delete — and its own categories. The "Library" remains useful for a cross-cutting search across all production types.
At the top of the page: a production counter and a "New production" dropdown menu to directly create a Spot, a Jingle, a Voice track or a Feature.
Four clickable tiles also act as quick filters:
You want to view only your jingles, without going through the filter form.
Why: the tile applies the "Type" filter in a single click, and its counter tells you at a glance how many you have. To return to all productions, select "All" in the "Type" filter.
Ambiance FM has over six hundred productions. You are looking for a spot from an advertiser recorded in spring that was never broadcast. Fill in all four fields:
Garage;Spots;Draft;Oldest. Why: the search only applies to the title, never to the body text of the spot. It is the combination with the type and status filters that narrows six hundred cards down to a handful; the "Oldest" sort then brings spring productions to the top.
The sort option to choose depends on what you are looking for:
Recent — find what you have just generated (this is the default sort);Oldest — clear out old productions;Title A-Z — check a sequentially named series: "Morning Jingle 01", "Morning Jingle 02"…;Duration — longest first, to spot a feature that runs over. Why: sorting is applied after the filters and across the entire result set, not just the current page. Naming your productions in a series makes "Title A-Z" remarkably effective.
Productions are displayed as cards (12 per page). Each card shows:
An advertiser is asking you again for the spot delivered last month, of which you had made two versions.
Why: cards are paginated 12 per page, so you can listen without leaving the list. Checking by ear before downloading avoids sending the wrong version — and only use the delete button after listening, as there is no recycle bin.
