Broadcast History

What actually aired, and how many times

What is "Broadcast History" for?

The programme schedule shows what should air; the "Broadcast History" page shows what actually aired. Its subtitle reads: "History of tracks played on air over the past 72 hours, and play count per track". This is the page to open when you want to verify a broadcast, review what the AI presenter said, or spot an overplayed track.

It is read-only: nothing can be scheduled or deleted here.

Where to find it?

From the "Schedule" page, click the red "Broadcast History" button in the top right corner. The direct address is /dashboard/titres-diffuses. The "Back to schedule" button returns you to the programme grid.

If no radio station is linked to the account, the page displays "No radio station configured". As long as nothing has been broadcast yet, it shows "No tracks broadcast yet": the history fills up as content airs.

The "Timeline (72h)" tab

The list runs from most recent to oldest and only retains the last 72 hours. Each row shows the "Time" (local day and time for the station), the artwork, the "Title", the "Artist" and the "Type" (Music, Jingle, Spot, Voice or Feature badge), along with the file category below when known.

  • A "Playlist: …" banner is inserted at each playlist change, so you can see at a glance where each slot begins and ends.
  • The artwork acts as a play button whenever the file exists: click to listen to the segment, click again to stop.
  • AI Presenter entries are highlighted, with the text spoken on air displayed below the row, in quotation marks. Long text is truncated with a "show all" button. If the text was not retained, the row displays "Text not retained for this segment".
Good to know: For an AI presenter voice, the file is regenerated with each broadcast: playback will play the latest version produced, not necessarily the one that aired at the time shown. The text displayed, however, is exactly what was broadcast.

The "Play Count by Track" tab

This second tab groups broadcasts by track and displays the number of "Plays" and the date of the "Last" broadcast. Unlike the timeline, the counter is cumulative: it is the tool to use when identifying a track that comes up too often, or a forgotten jingle.

Filtering and searching

Both tabs share the same filters:

  • the "All content" selector, which isolates "Music", "Jingles", "Spots", "Presenter voice" or "Features";
  • the "Search for a title / artist…" field, which filters instantly on title and artist across the entire history, not just the current page.

Long lists are paginated at the bottom of the table.

Tip: Filter on "Presenter voice" after a morning show: you can review on a single page everything the AI presenter said, with the time of each segment. This is the quickest way to check the tone and, if needed, adjust the "Presenter instructions" or the "On-air angles".

Frequently asked questions

A scheduled track does not appear. The timeline only shows what was actually played. If a slot broadcast nothing, open "History" on the "Schedule" page and filter by "Error".

Can I export the list? Not from this page. The AI presenter\'s segment texts can be exported from "Production" > "AI Presenter", using the "Export as text" button.
